Melissa and Ben Pre Wedding shoot

It was all the way back in February I photographed Mellisa and Ben, it was a couple of weeks before their wedding and to produce some images for use on their signature board. A signature board is a couple of photographs, mounted within a wide mount all ready for guests to sign at the wedding – something slightly different and makes a great impact, often used in conjunction with a more traditional guest book.

We decided to photograph the pre-wedding shoot around the farm that Mellisa grew up on and it provided some great context for the images. We were blessed with amazing light on the day, although it was somewhat chilly. A really lovely young couple and I enjoyed the shoot immensely – well, once I could feel my fingers again!

I really enjoy pre-wedding sessions, it is always a very relaxed affair and gives great opportunity to chat about the wedding and in reality get to know each other a little better – oh and get some stunning images!

If you would like to chat about the photography for your wedding I would be delighted to hear all about your plans, I offer very flexible collections and still have availability for 2013 if you are leaving it late 😉

It would be great to have you ‘Like’ my Facebook page, or you can follow on Twitter @ianwoodphoto look out for Mellisa and Ben’s wedding on this blog soon!
