A fantastic day in and around Kirkby Lonsdale with a wonderful three year old on his photo shoot. Last time I met this little fella was when he was one year old and I should of known then that he was going to be fast as he was zipping around on his hands and knees !
Off we went, wellies and fishing net to the beck to see if we could catch some fishes – of course we didn’t net any but it didn’t stop us from having a right good laugh, splashing around in the shallow water.
We had a couple of locations sorted out so after we got totally soaked we went back to join Grandma and Grandad for some family portraits, again around Kirkby Lonsdale and Ruskin’s View. We had a lovely little walk and got some gorgeous images of the family together.
Well, nearly done we nipped off to a little gem of a farm shop, Kittridding, I didn’t even know the place existed and just goes to show that no matter how well you know your local area you can still discover amazing little places that serve outstanding food and sell produce from their own farm. I heartily recommend the Meat and Potato pie, its awesome !
So, here are some images from the day, obviously we did get some beautiful portraits with little man actually looking at me, I think the images I have chosen for this blog clearly show the theme of the day though – little tinker !
